1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of post2all. By creating an account, connecting integrations, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

post2all is a social media management platform that enables users and organizations to connect social accounts via official OAuth authorization flows, prepare and schedule content, upload and store media assets, and publish posts through supported platform APIs.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all actions taken through your account and organization workspaces, including by invited team members.

4. Platform Connections and OAuth

You authorize post2all to access connected third-party accounts only to the extent needed to provide requested functionality. You are responsible for complying with each social platform’s terms, community guidelines, and API policies. If a provider revokes or limits API access, some features may stop working.

5. Your Content and License

You retain ownership of your content and uploaded assets. You grant post2all a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transform, and transmit your content only as necessary to operate the service (including scheduling, previewing, and publishing).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use post2all for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity, including spam, impersonation, unauthorized access attempts, or distribution of malicious code. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or platform security risk.

7. Scheduling and Publishing Disclaimer

post2all will make reasonable efforts to publish scheduled posts at requested times, but publication can fail or be delayed due to outages, expired tokens, API errors, platform policy actions, media validation failures, or network conditions. You are responsible for reviewing publish outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

The post2all service, software, branding, and non-user content are owned by post2all or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, for non-payment (if applicable), breach of these terms, abuse, or security concerns. Certain terms by nature survive termination.

10. Warranties and Liability

post2all is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Refund Policy

If you purchase a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Refund requests after 24 hours will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at hello@zexa.app. Payment is final except as required by law.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

post2all is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or title. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, post2all shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless post2all, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of applicable laws.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where post2all operates, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and post2all concerning the service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, severed. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Waiver

The failure of post2all to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

20. Service Modifications

post2all may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the service at any time without liability. We will provide reasonable notice when making material changes that adversely affect your access or rights.

21. Third-Party Services

By authorizing post2all to access third-party social media and integration services, you agree to comply with their terms of service, community guidelines, and policies. You are solely responsible for your content and actions on those platforms. post2all is not liable for their conduct or policies.

22. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if we reasonably believe you are violating these terms, engaging in illegal activity, abusing the service, or posing a security risk. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

23. Anti-Spam and Abuse Policy

You may not use post2all to send spam, hateful content, malware, phishing, impersonation, or other illegal or harmful content. Violations may result in immediate termination of your account and reporting to relevant authorities.

24. Data and Content Retention

Upon account termination or expiration, we may delete your data according to our retention schedule. You are responsible for backing up important content before termination. We are not liable for any loss of data.
